Tar plus Shampoo controls symptoms of psoriasis, dandruff & other fungal
infections. Its content like Coal Tar belongs to a class of ingredients known
as keratoplastics. It works by causing the skin to shed dead cells from its top
layer and slow down the growth of skin cells his effects decreases scaling and
dryness. Coal tar is used in soaps, shampoo and ointments to treat skin
disorders like psoriasis, acne, eczema and other skin disorders. It can also
decrease itchiness from these skin conditions. Salicylic acid is classified
as a keratolytic, or peeling agent and works by causing the outer layer of
skin to shed. It is a common and effective treatment for a wide variety
